I have a new bank account. How do I update my Direct Debit details?

If you need to change the bank details on your account, we will need a completed Direct Debit Mandate form.

You can download a Direct Debit Mandate form from our website and send a scanned or digital copy to our Helpdesk team. You can also send it by post to our office: Member Services, GS1 Ireland, 2nd Floor The Merrion Centre, Nutley Lane, Dublin D04 KF62.
