No, you cannot sell or transfer your unused GTINs.

GTINs are licenced by GS1 Ireland directly to a company and they will always be linked to that company. You cannot sell or transfer your unused GTINs to another company as the licence agreement is between GS1 Ireland and your company.

If you are no longer trading you will need to cancel your licence or if you've sold your business and products, you can transfer your licence to the new company if they are keeping the GTINs you assigned to the products.
