Which barcode should I use for pallets?

Pallets are identified using a logistics label containing an SSCC and GS1-128 barcode.

GS1-128 barcode symbols are used with Application Identifiers (AI) to encode various data on a logistics label for a pallet, including an SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code), the GTIN of the cases or products on the pallet, content count, batch number, and other options.
